Digi-dragon Hatchling

VelkynKarma...I blame you for this.

So, Karma did this painfully adorable hatchling drawing of her Digi-dragon, Kaftar, and I HAD to do one for The Hopper Wyrm.

<sub>Baby Hopper Wyrms are extremely energetic and playful upon birth. They are completely unable to fly at this stage, staying on the ground and either slithering or hopping around. They will still flap their wings at great speeds (similar to the Gronckle) to show their excitement. Over time, they will learn to move quickly and gracefully, but for now, expect to see these guys flop over a lot.

At this point, the infants have no armour to protect them and rely on their parents, group or trainer to keep them from harming themselves (which they will if you take your eye off of them for a second. Trust me).
Their markings and 'fins' become bigger and clearer over time.

It is not advised to get a hatchling Hopper Wyrm if you can't give them your full attention during the day. But they are wonderful companions regardless of their boundless energy~</sub>

I like the fact that the baby Hopper Wyrm looks very much like rookie Delgamon XD
Maybe she'll grow up to be a majestic creature too one day. _{Most likely not.}
