DO: Item sheet

Please place a headshot of your Tamer and Digimon (Rookie) in the spaces provided on the left and fill in the names and such.

When you receive items, you will place them in the open slots.
Start in the 1st vertical row and place the items from top to bottom.
When you fill out the open slots with items, you will receive a Crystal or other items, enabling further digivolution for your digimon.
Obtain 5 items = Digivice
Obtain 15 items = Ultimate crystal
Obtain 25 items = Mega crystal
DO NOT place anything in the last open slots. Those are reserved for the Crystals.

We will send the items to you via note when you complete events.
When you have filled out a column, send a note to the group with a link to your item sheet so we can send you the Crystal.
